Q&A
Request have been made about the water lines. We had several residents inquire about the notice from Public Water Supply District 2 regarding lead service lines in the system. They suggest self-reporting. Homeowners have suggested taking in a water sample to be tested.
Storm sewers were questioned. This has been looked at many times over the years and has always been tabled due to the cost. Trustees will try to see if there is anything new that could happen.
Street lights were mentioned. There could be several more options since when the other ones were put in, there was a junction put in. More to be discussed on where the lights would be and timeframe.
A request to know the number of rentals in the subdivision was made. As we are not completely sure the exact amount, we can report the number we know for sure - to be reported in the next newsletter.
A request to have a more detailed budget (annual financial report) was made. We will look into making this accommodation.
