Origin of O'Fallon Hills

The O’Fallon Hills Subdivision was created by Robert J. Sabinske and Anita M. Sabinske, as stated in the indentures. They were the original grantors and owners of the land, which they platted and recorded in St. Charles County, Missouri in 1959. They, along with Richard L. Erkenbeck, were also designated as the original trustees responsible for managing the subdivision’s governance and restrictions.
